Elstner Construction Co. Inc. was founded in 2000 as an interior finishing company and soon became a  General Contracting Corporation.  We are headquartered in southern Allegheny County of Western Pennsylvania.  Elstner provides general construction and related services for government, military, medical, commercial industrial as well as education markets.

We support the Green Building policies and embrace the Green Design practices to reduce negative environmental impacts and to enhance worker productivity lower operating costs and reduce potential liability resulting from poor indoor air quality.
